The WhatCRM? Marketing and Sales Maturity Model is a tool WhatCRM? uses with our clients, so that we can agree whether the client's business needs the most sophisticated CRM available or something a little bit simpler. It takes about ten minutes and now that we've put it online, you can have a go too!
Maturity Models are used to see how robust an organisation's strategy, organisation, processes and systems are. This model looks at ten aspects of Marketing and Sales and uses four maturity levels - against each aspect, we have some statements which describe what you'd find in an organisation of this maturity. You just choose the statement that most accurately describes your organisation - Simples !

Your Maturity Assessment
When we receive your assessment answers, we will write a short report which we can discuss with you if you wish. It will normally take 2-3 working days to produce the report.
